A nursery is selected site having a well defined boundary, where fruit, flower, vegetable plant species and their cultivars are maintained and multiplied using various sexual and asexual propagation techniques. In fact, nursery production acts as the back bone as far as the expansion of horticulture. The growing of plants in the nursery make it possible to provide controlled and precise environment during the critical stages of germination and early seedling growth.
